We help attorneys by helping them calculate accurate economic damages in their cases. A large portion of damages is based on lost earnings and lost earning in most personal injury cases. Our testing and reports are important in helping determine pre-injury and post-injury earning capacity.
For over 30 years, we have worked on and prepared hundreds of vocational assessment reports to help identify any physical or psychological limitations and apply them to the competitive labor market forming an opinion as to employability.
We provide Future Earning Capacity Analysis in Personal Injury cases. If a person is not able to return to work or can only work on a limited basis then a Future Earning Capacity Analysis will document loss of earnings to work-life expectancy.
We provide Future Medical Cost Analysis in Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury cases. If an injury requires future medical care or long-term medications this analysis can be used to identify future costs to life expectancy. Medical records are reviewed and projections are based on physicians recommendations. The physician then reviews and approves the projections as appropriate.
Vocational Evaluation & Report
A Vocational Evaluation is required when physical or psychological injury prevents the individual from obtaining and maintaining substantial gainful work activity. This report includes transferable skills analysis of past work activity, analysis of education, age and how physical or psychological limitations could affect return to work in any capacity within the national economy.
